Hello!

My name is Igor.

​

Born in 1982, I am a professional chef.

​

​After 11 years working in the kitchens of luxury hotels and 4 years as a private chef for corporate executives, I decided to start my own business as a freelancer.

​

​Passionate about cooking and traveling, I chose to share my experience with people who want to create a special event in the comfort of their own home, as well as with curious travelers who wish to enjoy a 360° culinary experience.

Education and Training 

I started in my grandmother's kitchen and then I went to the "Pellegrino Artusi" Hotel Management School in Recoaro Terme - Italy.

​

During the school period I participated in internships at the Jolly Hotel in Palermo and Trieste and at the "La Vegra" food production center in Vicenza.

​

After school I chose a path in the big brigades of luxury hotels to have the best overview, learn international dishes and meet colleagues from all over the world.

​Life & work experience​

  • Badrutt's Palace Hotel in St. Moritz with its fabulous Gourmet Festival

  • Hotel Excelsior in Venice Lido where the Film Festival takes place

  • Hotel Des Bains Venice Lido which hosted the writer Thomas Mann

  • Opening of the restaurant "Galleria Gastronomica" which exhibited the pieces of Lorenzo Quinn (the famous actor Anthony Quinn's son) in the lively Barcelona

  • Hotel Sporting and Clipper Restaurant in Porto Rotondo frequented by national and international jet set.
