My name is Igor.

Born in 1982, I am a professional chef.
​
​After 11 years working in the kitchens of luxury hotels and 4 years as a private chef for corporate executives, I decided to start my own business as a freelancer.
​
​Passionate about cooking and traveling, I chose to share my experience with people who want to create a special event in the comfort of their own home, as well as with curious travelers who wish to enjoy a 360° culinary experience.

Education and Training
I started in my grandmother's kitchen and then I went to the "Pellegrino Artusi" Hotel Management School in Recoaro Terme - Italy.
​
During the school period I participated in internships at the Jolly Hotel in Palermo and Trieste and at the "La Vegra" food production center in Vicenza.
​
After school I chose a path in the big brigades of luxury hotels to have the best overview, learn international dishes and meet colleagues from all over the world.
