  • "Cappuccino” with softly cooked eggs and chestnut mousse

  • Seared octopus with Taggiasca olives, capers, tomato confit on pea cream

  • Red tuna in hazelnuts

First  course: choose between

 

  • Homemade gnocchi with shrimp ragu, cherry tomatoes and chopped pistachio

  • Linguine pasta with seafood

  • Risotto with pea cream and cuttlefish ragout

  • Homemade Bucatini Amatriciana

  • Lasagna alla bolognese

  • Valtellina-style buckwheat gnocchi (cabbage and cheese)

  • Pumpkin tortelli with butter and sage

  • Homemade maccheroni with  duck ragu and sautéed mushrooms

  • Risotto with  pumpkin cream and tastasal (sausage)

  • Risotto with artichoke cream, taleggio cheese and truffle oil

  • Risotto with red wine and Treviso radicchio

Main course:  choose between

  • Sea bream turbant on red onion petals, anchovy emulsion and mashedpotatoes

  • Salmon fillet cooked at low temperature with currant sauce and seasonal vegetables

  • Monkfish flavoured with thyme ,baked potatoes and Mediterraneansauce

  • Sea bass in salt crust with seasonal vegetables

  • Wellington beef fillet with baked vegetables 

  • Beef cheek braised in red wine with mashed potatoes    

  • Venison stew with polenta and mushrooms

  • Veal steak with radicchio, gorgonzola and walnuts

Special food

 

  • Raw seafood (Sicilian red prawns, scampi, red tuna, scallops and oysters)

  • Risotto with sparkling wine and black truffle
